Two Years Old!

Daisy is officially two years old. She is such a big little girl!
Her language is just exploding lately. She is a big time copy cat though, and she has Rory to copy, so it's really no wonder she talks so much! For example, he has started saying "also" instead of "too," so Daisy is saying it now. Awesome is another of their favorites.
She's started using quantifiers (a lot, some, a few) and negations (you don't have blue eyes!). She knows all her colors and a few shapes and letters.
Some of my favorite things she's said lately:
"I want just a few more goldfish."
"I want to go give Rory a hug!" (She says this as soon as we pull in the driveway)
"Let's go WEEEEE down the hill!" (in our apartment complex on the way home every day)
She can tell us about things that happened earlier in the day, or even the day before! She even told me about her first time out at her babysitter's (2nd time out ever) before anyone else had told me! She can carry on long conversations too! And when we can't understand her, she says, "NO!" and tells us again until we figure it out :)

She's still teeny-tiny. She's wearing mostly 18 month sized clothes and size 5 shoes. We're going to give potty training another try soon. She still wants to use the potty, but was having a lot of anxiety over getting her potty chair "yucky." Now she's tall enough to get on the toilet with a stool and insert seat, so we can try again. Probably at the beginning of next month.

Speaking of things getting yucky...Daisy LOVES to clean. She always needs wipes, to clean everything from her hands and clothes to the floors and tables. She's not very good at it, unfortunately, but it's very cute to see her try! She's good about picking up toys too, but then she immediately gets more out, so it's still never really clean, lol!
